We Provide a Premium Delivery Service For Full Pack Orders, Split Pack Order Unavailable


Order & Payment Deadline:

  • Orders must be placed before 3:00 PM on a working day.
  • The surcharge must be paid before 3:00 PM, and you must to get confirmation.
  • If we do not receive timely notification, premium delivery cannot be guaranteed.
  • Collection is scheduled on the second day by our depot, with delivery on the third day by the customer’s local depot.

Surcharge & Delivery Costs:

  • For our standard delivery areas, the next-day delivery surcharge is typically £10 to £20 per pallet.
  • Our warehouse is located in Ipswich (near the Port of Felixstowe). If your order is urgent, you can estimate the cost based on the delivery distance and pay accordingly.
  • Once the actual shipping fee is determined, we will refund or charge the difference if necessary.

How to Pay for the Premium Delivery Surcharge:

  • When placing your order, visit the dedicated page for the next-day delivery surcharge, click link.
  • Add the surcharge amount to your cart along with your order.
  • Please write "Premium Delivery" in the order notes during checkout.
  • Call us immediately after placing the order to ensure it is processed urgently.

Orders Placed After 3:00 PM or When Processing Time is Insufficient:

  • If the next-day delivery request is made after 3:00 PM, the delivery partner will schedule it for the following working day.
  • This means delivery will likely arrive on Day 3 instead.

How We Handle Failed Premium Deliveries

  • Delivery is handled by several depots working together, like a relay. The process depends on factors that are sometimes beyond our control, such as: how easy to access the delivery address; whether customer on site; whether delivery site is suitable for offloading pallet.
  • Because of these challenges, premium deliveries may occasionally fail — based on our experience, this occurs in approximately 1% of cases. While we always do our utmost to ensure smooth and timely delivery, we cannot guarantee 100% success.
  • If a premium delivery fails, we will refund the premium delivery surcharge in full. However, this does not entitle the customer to a full refund of the entire order by default.
  • If the customer chooses to return the entire order due to the failed premium delivery, a refund will be issued after deducting the actual costs incurred — including the original delivery fee, return shipping, and restocking charges — typically totalling around £200.
